One of the common thing you can read in the history of the Jewish people wherever country they had been to is the suffering they had to endure. All people know of there history as they had been one who has received a treatment that has shocked the world. While it is ongoing, there could be helped that they could have received but it was not given to them. Despite all those hardships and the unending suffering and separation from society, they had also their own success stories.
The Jews are gifted with intelligence so when they work hard, they gain success. Even if they are scattered throughout the European countries and other parts of the world, they have the common characteristics of flourishing in their trade. They have the knowledge and skills to let their financial status be stable even if their situation is not good. That is why they also received envy from other people because they have been able to have a fortune that could give them a comfortable life.
Other people view them as one who should be driven out from their country as they are the ones getting the benefit. But it is the result of their hard work that they could gain a fortune. When they also are in Florence here in Italy, they also have their own banking transactions and they even give a loan to the government. Despite the unfair treatment they had to receive, they had made it through and have survived.
